Come and see downtown lined with Scarecrows. Retailers will have store specials and extended hours for your shopping convenience. Free hot dogs, cider, hot chocolate, cotton candy, and pop corn will be available on Thursday, Oct. 2, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on First Street. There will be a kid's bicycle parade with prizes to all participants. Activities for kids include pumpkin painting, face painting, & bobbling for apples. Adults are encouraged to bring a "pre-carved" pumpkin to enter a contest with prizes awarded for the best carving.
