Lunch and Learn at Jones Regional Medical Center

Jones Regional Medical Center’s March Lunch & Learn will feature “Chronic Disease Self Management Program” presented by Mary Ann Hindman, Jones Regional’s director of social services.

If a person is coping with a chronic disease, the information and instruction provided at this Lunch and Learn will cover successful management of such situations. Topics include overcoming tiredness, sleeping problems, sense of being alone, breathing difficulty, taking control of your condition, and the kinds of support systems that exist.

The event is at the Lawrence Community Center in Anamosa on Thursday, March 25 from 12-1 p.m. Join us for a free lunch and free information.
